By creating an account or using MedTrackPro (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You may register a personal account or, if applicable, join or create a company account using a registration key. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
The Service is intended for use by medical representatives and their organizations to manage territories, doctor and hospital records, scheduled visits, product samples and brochures, and related field sales activity. You agree to use the Service only for its intended business purpose and in compliance with applicable laws, including healthcare marketing and data protection regulations relevant to your jurisdiction.
If you join or create a company account, certain data you generate through the Service — including scheduled and completed visits, check-in/check-out records, sales activity, and performance metrics — will be visible to administrators of that company. Company administrators are responsible for managing access to this data within their organization. Personal (non-company) accounts are not shared with any other user.
The Service captures GPS location data at the time of check-in and check-out for a scheduled visit, in order to verify proximity to the registered doctor or hospital location. Photo and signature capture may also be required to document completed visits. This data is stored and, for company accounts, made available to your company's administrators as part of visit records.
Company accounts are subject to a subscription plan with a defined user seat limit. Exceeding your plan's user limit will prevent additional users from joining your company until you upgrade your plan or free up a seat. Billing terms, where applicable, will be presented at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion, with or without notice. Company administrators may also remove individual users from their organization at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Location-based check-in verification is provided as a convenience and may be affected by GPS accuracy, network conditions, or device settings; it should not be treated as the sole record of visit occurrence for compliance purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedTrackPro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
